Kiesel Guitars is excited to team up with acclaimed guitarist Johnny Hiland to introduce the new Johnny Hiland Signature JH6 bolt-neck guitar. The JH6 is modeled on the popular Solo S6, with similar aesthetics and sleek, stylish design cues in a 22-fret, 25.5″ scale bolt-on neck configuration spec’d out just the way Johnny likes it.
The JH6 is offered with a limited number of Custom Shop options, but is loaded with standard features, including a swamp ash body with maple neck, birdseye maple fingerboard and headstock, a thinner neck profile, black acrylic diamond inlays, stainless steel frets, and a Hipshot™ hardtail bridge. Our exclusive Kiesel/Hipshot tremolo is also available. The JH6 comes equipped with Johnny’s signature direct-mount Electric City Six String Shooter single-coil pickups in an S-S-S configuration, along with Dunlop 250k Super Pots on the master volume and tone controls. A custom-wired 5-way blade selector allows you to select the neck pickup; middle, neck and bridge pickups; middle and bridge pickups; or bridge pickup. Pickups, knobs and switch tip are cream.
The JH6 has a limited number of new finishes, including White Wash, Aurora Blue, Scarlet Red, and Whiskey Brown. All finishes include the Custom Shop’s exclusive Raw Tone Finish standard.
If you’re going to be at NAMM this weekend in Nashville, stop by the Kiesel Guitars booth #1249 and check out the new JH6, as well as all the exciting Kiesel Guitars USA-made guitars and basses. In addition, Johnny Hiland will be hanging out with Jeff Kiesel at the booth, so come by, and say hello!
