With the Kiesel Guitars Custom Shop you now have more choices than
ever to create your own custom instrument. In the last couple of years
we have added options like flamed maple fingerboards, zebrawood
fingerboards and gold EVO frets in assorted sizes.
New deep stained finishes compliment the beauty of our
highly figured flamed and quilted maple tops. To enhance the tone of our guitars, more
models of Kiesel Guitars pickups are available than ever before, in addition to the
acoustic bridge options that are offered for many of our instruments.
However, more important than our growing list of options is our commitment
to building high quality guitars. Our new, purpose-built facility
in Escondido is equipped with the finest guitar building machinery in the
industry. The use of high quality woods and our constant improvement
in manufacturing methods are an ongoing quest at Kiesel Guitars. Several years ago
we began to cycle all of our necks and fingerboards through a long
conditioning process in our de-humidification chambers to remove any

The tilt back headstock improves sustain and eliminates the need for
a string tree. Kiesel Guitars locking tuners are used because of their
superior quality and their ability to maintain perfect tune. Sure

feature one coil loaded with adjustable pole pieces and the other coil loaded with non-adjustable slugs.
models are available with the M-series tune-o-matic bridges. This bridge is set into a routed pocket
on special heavy studs. The strings feed through the body which
creates increased downward pressure on the bridge resulting in
exceptional sustain and tone. Kiesel Guitars also offers standard
tune-o-matic/stoptail bridges, Hipshot™ hardtail bridges, Kiesel-designed Hipshot™ tremolos and Floyd Rose
tremolos, as well as Hipshot™ Solo saddles on multiscale models.
Kiesel Guitars' Rapid Play Neck™ assures the best
possible string action. You simply can't buy a guitar that plays better
than a Kiesel Guitars Custom Shop instrument. Most guitars and basses are offered with a 14"
standard radius, with 10" and 12" radii offered optionally. Holdsworth, 8-string and classical models feature a 20" radius.

You can also choose from a number of fretwire options on your Custom Shop guitar or bass. Kiesel Guitars
offers standard medium-jumbo stainless steel frets (.048 tall X .103 wide), optional jumbo stainless frets (.055 tall X .110 wide) or optional gold EVO in standard and jumbo sizes, which look great,
