you're not satisfied for any reason, send it back for a prompt refund

Shipping to Alaska, & Hawaii is 3X the normal shipping rate; shipping to Canada is 4X the

CUSTOM SHOP BUILD TIMES
Build times can vary based on the time of year, the model you order, and the options you select. Instruments with more elaborate options can take longer than instruments with more
basic options. Generally, build times for Custom Shop guitars and basses can range from 8 - 12 weeks, but on some cases, it could be less, or it could be more.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO ALREADY-PLACED ORDERS
There are no changes allowed to an order once the order has been placed. Therefore, please be sure of your Custom Shop guitar or bass options prior to submitting your order.
There is a 20% restocking fee for Custom Shop orders cancelled prior to customer's receipt of instrument.

REFUND PROCESSING
Kiesel Guitars strives to process refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds are not processed until the gear being returned is received and tested at the factory. Please keep in mind
that all credit card issuers and banking institutions have their own guidelines for processing credit card refunds, and legally, have up to 30 days to post the refund to your account. Kiesel's
Accounting Department will process your refund as soon as the Returns & Repairs Department indicates the gear has been returned in proper working order and condition.
All refunds for products purchased with a personal check or cashier's check/money order will be issued a corporate check by Kiesel Guitars within 10 days of receipt of the gear.
KIESEL GUITARS WARRANTY
Kiesel Guitars Custom Shop guitars and basses, including Guitars-in-Stock, have a 5 YEAR warranty.
The Limited Warranty will be void (not covered) under the following conditions: a) any modified product, b) moisture, c) salt/smoke/contaminants, d) natural disasters,
e) accidents,
f) abuse, or g) lack of reasonable care. This warranty
is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No representative or person is authorized to represent or assume
for Kiesel Guitars any liability in connection with the sale of servicing of Kiesel Guitars products. Kiesel Guitars shall not be liable for
incidental or consequential damages.
For USA warranties, Kiesel Guitars will provide its own service and parts at no charge providing the Customer includes "proof of purchase"
(receipt or invoice) and the unit is shipped in the original carton. If covered under warranty: 1 to 30 days, Kiesel pays ground
shipping both ways. 31 days to 365 days, customer pays shipping to Kiesel Guitars, Kiesel pays return ground shipping. Over one year,
customer pays shipping both ways.
Note that the Kiesel Guitars warranty is not transferrable, so is only applicable to the original owner of the gear in question.
If you ever feel you have a Kiesel Guitars product that might need to be returned
or repaired, please contact Sales & Service Department.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges only within 10 (ten) days of purchase with sales receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. All cash refunds over $100 are issued
by a corporate check within 10 business days.
Kiesel Guitars reserves the right to charge a restock fee for instruments returned that have special options or are ordered with options that
would make them hard to re-sell. For returns that have dings, dents or other signs of wear, Kiesel Guitars has the right to charge a repair
fee to fix these issues. If damage is excessive, Kiesel Guitars has the right to refuse refund and customer is responsible for shipping charges
to get the instrument shipped back to them.
