Introducing
MARK66
Based on the SGB that he played in high school back in 1966, Mark Kiesel designed the Mark 66 to invoke a sense of nostalgia while utilizing the modern upgrades of the Custom Shop.

The Story
Kiesel's Offsetof the Century
A true offset hasn't been seen from Kiesel Guitars since the early 70s, marking a triumphant return for the beloved shape.
The Mark 66 represents more than just a guitar—it's a bridge between eras, connecting the raw energy of 1966 with the precision craftsmanship of today's Custom Shop.
"This guitar takes me back to where it all began, but with every modern advantage we've developed over the decades."
— Mark Kiesel

Modern Upgrades
Enhancing overall comfort, the model borrows the top arm contour and tummy cut seen on current Kiesels, as well as the sculpted neck heel and slightly-rolled fingerboard edges.
Standout Pickups
Inspired by Lowell Kiesel's first pickup design, the AP6, Mark Kiesel commemorated his father's idea in the form of the P90 AP90s. For further variety, Kiesel humbuckers are also available.
Three Bridge Options
While the guitar comes standard with a stop tail, players can choose the non-floating Gotoh 510 tremolo or the EverTune, expanding the Mark 66's versatility.
Pickguard or Pickguard Delete
The Pickguard option is standard, signaling back to a classic design, while a Pickguard Delete shows the top on full display.
Scale Length Variations
Available in the standard 25.5" scale length, but players can opt for the extended 30" scale length to suit their playing needs.
Custom Shop Quality
Every Mark 66 is handcrafted in Escondido, California with the same attention to detail that has defined Kiesel's legacy for decades.
